Private coaching is a great way to corner yourself off with George to grow your business and get straight results with no interference from the outside world. Why private coaching instead of "peer groups" or facilitated mastermind groups?
While both of these programs have their pluses (George runs facilitated group coaching as well), most businesses and their owners do not have enough structure in place to jump right into them. In simple terms, unless you find a group that has their businesses at the same level as yours, you will have a hard time "catching up" to them and also can't contribute to the group, which is heavily frowned upon. That's besides the fact that peer groups and group coaching involve little to no individual help. You learn and you're on your own to apply it.
This is counter-productive since the main road block most business owners have is no time to make things happen, no push to make the time available and no true understanding on how to apply things to their individual business. So they get nothing they learned applied. Just like you don't fit your business to a computer application, you can't just fit your business to what seems to be working for other businesses.

One Day Onsite Audit: George will come to your office for one day. Half of the day you will go over your entire business with you from top to bottom. This is a continuous program with acceptance criteria. There is a one year commitment to it (that’s the key to making them work, Rome wasn’t built in a day, right?). An application must be filled out and you must be invited to participate.
All-Star Group: This small 4 to 5 person Mastermind program is made for those that have been through at least 6 months of my 1-on-1 coaching and is invitation only. It consists of a 1.5 hour phone in group meeting per month, unlimited emails to me per month, an online forum for Q&A with me and the group as well as quarterly teleseminars with Special Guests. Everyone is eligible for one 10 minute “hot seat” per meeting.
Hall of Fame Group: This small and elite Mastermind program is invitation only for those that have graduated from the All-Star Group . It consists of a 1.5 day group meeting per quarter, 1 scheduled 30 minute call in to me 1-on-1 for a strategy session every month and an online forum for Q&A with me and the group. Everyone is eligible for one 30 minute “hot seat” per quarterly meeting.

I’ve been working with George Sierchio for the past year. I had met George at a few industry events prior to that, but I never engaged because I felt that I couldn’t afford to do it. The opposite was actually the truth.
